Search Umpqua
Once you’ve opened an Umpqua account and set up online banking and billpay, simply follow the steps below to transfer over your billpayees and payments.
1. Verify that your current bank qualifies for our billpay e-switch.

Nearly 50 banks are on our list. Click here to double check that yours is one of them. (Please note that you’ll need your current bank’s online banking credentials to use our billpay e-switch.)
2. Log into your new umpqua.online banking account.

Then click on the “Transfer Your Online Billpay to Umpqua” link listed on the “Other Services” page in online banking. Follow the directions to bring over your billpay records!
